At LiteBite India, we work hard to deliver your favorite products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policies below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days across India.

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days in select cities.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or government restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹499 (India only).

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49 for orders below ₹499.

  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Service Areas

We currently ship across India.
If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you immediately and process a full refund.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with leading courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely delivery.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • We strive to meet delivery timelines but cannot guarantee delivery delays caused by:

    • Natural calamities

    • National holidays

    • Lockdowns or travel restrictions

    • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

  • In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or phone.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will email or WhatsApp you the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order from the courier partner’s website.

8. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.
